Crowns Awarded in Heaven
Let's see what they are and how to get them.
The BEST PLACE to look in the Heavenly Book. Here is what we read in 2 Cor. 5:10“We (Believers) must all appear before the Judgment Seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in the body, (here and now) according to that he (or she) hath done, whether it be good or bad.
”Romans 10:14 (says in part) “For we (Believers) shall all standbefore the judgment seat of Christ.”Jesus is the foundation, we are the builders: and we have a WARNING, be careful how we build or watch out what you do with your life, take heed!
You can read this in 1 Cor.3:10-15. Two types of works, are mentioned; good and bad.Two people could do the very same thing and one receive a reward while the other doesn't. Here is the reason: Your inspirational source or your motivation will determine the real value.
Let's look at the Bad works (wood-hay-stubble.) Personal ambition, Love of praise from men, Seek the place of authority over others, Proud of talent that they have received.
What about the Good works (Gold-silver-precious stones.)“Pure” God given zeal, Love for God, Love to fellow man, Obedience to God’s Word. As I said many may do the very same type of "work" and one person gets a reward while the other suffers loss.
Are we working for the Lord in all that we do? Does He receive all the Glory? Are we guilty of "skimming" off some of the honor, praise, and glory due God?
The Bible says we shall all give an account for unjust actions Romans 14:10-13, concerning our brothers and sisters in the Lord. Did we build them up or accuse them falsely? The way we treat one another is very important!
This should be a wonderful time, not sad as many would like to make us believe! The New Testament speaks of FIVE CROWNS that will be rewards:
CROWN of LIFE: James 1:12 and Rev. 2:10(Martyr’s, those who laid down their lives.)
Crown of GLORY: 1 Peter 5:2-4; 1 Thess.5:12,13(Elder-Pastor, overseer's of the Flock of God.)
CROWN of REJOICING: 1 Thess 2:19,20(Soul-Winner, probable all of us should be soul winners.)
CROWN of RIGHTEOUSNESS: 2 Tim. 4:7,8(Who love His appearing, the redeemed by His Blood.)
INCORRUPTIBLE CROWN: 1 Cor.9:24-27(Victor’s- believer that is an overcomer)In all of these areas of Ministry every believer will be awarded at least one Crown, and maybe many.
We are all helpers in the over-all work of God. It doesn't make any difference what part you did as long as you did it in the right spirit, and attitude. Notice this Scripture, 1 Cor.3:8,9. “Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.”Verse 9 “For we are labourers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, (manager) ye are God’s building.”Revised Standard version ; Verse 9 “For we are God’s fellowWorkers; you are God’s field, God’s building.”
Maybe you are reading this and you say well I don't know if I am ready for Heaven or not. My friend God loves you and wants you to know Him as your Father. If you have this thought in your mind I believe you are not reading this by accident, but the Holy Spirit is urging you to ask God to cleanse you from all your sin . Just pray a simple prayer and ask Jesus to forgive you and come into your heart. Promise Him you will live for Him and Glorify His Name for the rest of your life. God will save you now! Confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus died for your sin and rose from the grave and assended to the Fathers right hand.
You don't have to know "everything" about the Bible or try to get good enough to get saved, just do what I just said, then write me and I will send you some free information about your new life in Christ.

Spiritual Check-up

Doctor Jesus will see you now!
Some people hate to go for a check-up. A great sigh of relief when we hear these words. "You are as good as you were in your 20's" WOW!!! But once in a while the results are not to good. Then we fall into a state of despair. Some times people make themselves worse by thinking death is around the corner.
Christians handle reports differently than non-christian people. Christians look beyond this life to eternity with Christ. This is our main goal. This life is but a place and time for believers to love Christ through faith in God and accepting the Bible as the Word of God for us today. The more that a person reads in the Word of God, (Bible) the more he or she decides that Heaven is a place desired over anything that can be offered in this life. Then because of our love for our Saviour Jesus Christ we long to see Him.
What about you ??? Are you looking for satisfaction only in this world? Have you thought about eternity? There is a place called Heaven for the saints of God but there is also a place prepared for the Devil and the fallen angels called Hell, the lake of fire. Any that fail to receive Jesus as Lord of their life will go there when they die.
In the Book of Revelation there is a list of some of the sins man-kind commit, Rev.21:8. All of those who commit any of these sins can be saved, right now. They can have Eternal life by accepting what Jesus did for them on the Cross. He died for all the sins of man-kind.
How are you today? If you have not confessed your sins yet, do it today while you have time. When we have been examined by the Bible we see that the promise is for today only. No promise of tomorrow!

Will we know each other in Heaven?
I will offer some Scriptures and comment’s that may help with the answer. (Most are New Living Translation)
No. 1 1 John 3:1-3
Let me first ask a question? How will we know Jesus?
Simple, we will see Him as He is (or as he was on earth). Nail prints, hands and feet, spear mark in his side just as he was seen after the resurrection.
V-2 Says we will be like him or in a body like his Glorious body, but similar to the body we have now. Jesus did not loose His identity, and we will not either!
No. 2 Matt. 8:1-12
V-11 Says many shall come from the east and the west and sit down with who? Ghosts, strangers; no, but with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the Kingdom of Heaven! They still have their identity in Heaven and we will also!
No. 3 Matt. 17:1-6
Moses and Elijah could be seen and they talked with Jesus. Peter, James and John saw and heard the whole thing. Moses and Elijah both had been dead or in Heaven for many years, even hundreds of years but they had not lost their identity.
No. 4 Matt. 19:27-29
The twelve will surely know each other and their identity will be clear as to who they are. They will also see Jesus and know him just as we will know him! They will also perform the task that Jesus said they will do. There may be things for all believers to do, not just sat under a shade tree for the next million years.
No. 5 John 11:38-43
Lazarus was dead for four days; where was he? He was in Heaven or Paradise! His earthly body was decaying but when Jesus called him out of the grave he was whole again and even though he was gone for four days he did not loose his identity.
Absent from the body is to be present with the Lord!
No. 6 Luke 16:19-31
Notice the account of the rich man and Lazarus [the begger] (not the same Lazarus as in no. 5). In verse 23 & 24 the rich man could see, talk, could reason or think, remember, feel, and Lazarus had fingers because the rich man wanted Lazarus to dip his finger into water and cool his tongue. V-25 Lazarus is in comfort. V-27-28 The rich man must have remembered Lazarus and could see it was the same person that sat outside of his gate begging. Now the rich man begs for Lazarus to be sent to his brothers.
If Lazarus was not the same person or was a ghost, or changed totally into some other creature, the rich man would not have asked for him to be sent to his brothers. His brothers might have known Lazarus also, and they would only respond to some one they could recognize. It would also just scare the brothers, but no mention that he is any different then he was in this life as far as his identity.
No. 7 (KJV) 1 Cor. 13:12
This verse is thought by some to also give some light on the subject. The last part “But then shall I know even as I am known.” Indicating we will know as we are known now!
Note: There are many questions about the Glorious changes that await us when we pass through the pearly gates. The most important thing for us is to make sure everything is settled here and now. The time is near even at hand!
Wishing you could go will not make it happen. A person must accept the work that Jesus did on the Cross for mankind's sins. Romans 10:9,10 gives the way to go. Read it, believe it, and you are started on your way. Don't forget to go to Church and share with others your experience.

Is There A Halo In Your Future?
Yesterday, as you gave thought about your future, did you ever consider that your future would be today? Most of us think it will be somewhere far down the road of life. With this in mind we just slide on day by day hoping that our future will somehow suddenly "Pop up" bringing us something great.
"Future" for most of us, is determined by the choices we make day by day. The success of our choice will depend upon (for the most part) how much we commit towards it. It will call for a person to set aside some things that they would like to do. Some things must be sacrificed for the choice.
Choices can be anything! Dedication and determination to make our choice happen, will postpone many things that are thought to be pleasures, etc. If you want money, position, lands, houses, businesses, and any number of other things you can usually have them if you strive towards that choice.
Hero's are often looked at as though they just happened, this is not totally true. If one will look back they will usually see some events or actions that have been outstanding in the life of the hero.
We heap all kinds of awards and other recognition on these people. However, they themselves will be quick to tell you, in most cases, that they did not have time to think about doing what they did. It almost seemed like a supernatural force or drive caused them to react. Does this mean we should place a halo over their head, or place them on a pedestal, or worship them, or idolize them like a god?
Halo's? Let's look at halos for a few minutes. First of all the Dictionary tells us that a halo is a disk or circle of light appearing to surround a luminous body, Symbols, or Glory of the body. We see halo's placed around angels, the baby Jesus, and other pictures. Most always we see them connected with Spiritual or Biblical scenes. If however we look in the Bible we will notice that the word "Halo" does not appear anywhere in Scripture. But I want to add quickly that there is some places that seem to indicate something like the description given in the dictionary.
Let's look at a few!
Revelation 4:2,3 Here is a picture of God Almighty sitting in Heaven on His Throne. He is like Jasper which is semi-transparent (Luminous) with a reddish tint, sardine stone. Then we see a rainbow (halo) green in color, Emerald. God's Glory is a radiating luminous that fills Heaven and Earth, and all of space. The green rainbow may seem to large for us to call a halo, however if we would just remember how BIG GOD is, we can see the size is about right. Next:
Matthew 17:2,5 Jesus is up in a high mountain with Peter, James, and John and suddenly he is transfigured: his face shined like the sun and his clothes were white as light (luminous). While he talked a bright cloud overshadowed them. This is no doubt the Glory of God and could be understood as a halo.
Acts 6:15 Stephen was stoned to death for the witness of Jesus Christ. Notice in this verse, those in the council were amazed as they looked on Stephen because his face looked like the face of an angel. What did they see? Angels were thought even in those days to have halos, but also they had a radiance glowing or shinning forth. Stephen displayed these characteristics.
Exodus 34:29,30,33-35 Moses came down from the mountain after he had been with God for forty days. His face shined so bright that no one could look at him or come close. He had to put a Vail over his face in order to speak to the people but when he went and prayed to the Lord he took off the Vail.
Our luminous future is yet before us if we have not made a commitment to Christ. The Bible says we will be like Him when we see Him. His Glory is the Father's Glory and we will share that Glory. If you have not made your peace with God through Jesus Christ please don't wait any longer. Remember your future is tomorrow! What about your halo? If Jesus has one we will probably have one also. Make sure your heart is right with God. Jesus died shedding His Blood for our sins, was buried, and rose from the dead for our redemption. Let's all go to Heaven!

A Long Life
Live a 100 years!
Most people I know are not in a hurry to die. In fact most would tell you they would like to live to be 100. Of course there are people that are very sick and in a lot of pain that wish they could go on ahead to their Maker. Our state of health can dictate in many cases as to what we really want in our lives. Sometimes worry, distress, financial problems, family troubles, even employment problems can have an effect that will cause some people to decide enough is enough.
It is really sad when we hear about people that measure their life with any of these things. Life is so much more valuable and important than anything listed.
My wife's father lived to be 100 years old. He was a farmer in West Virginia for most of his 100 years. He worked everyday and never had a vacation as we now-a-days think of vacations. He along with 9 children and his wife raised all that they ate. They had many cows, that had to be milked twice a day, (by hand) and other animals that they had to feed. The family seldom took any medicine. The old "home remedies" seem to have worked.
The last 15 to 20 years of his life was directed by his doctor. However, being some what self-willed he felt he was really in charge of his own life, he sometimes would not take the medicines that the doctor prescribed. He decided as soon as he got the medicine he would only take it when he felt he needed it. He was really a gentle man and easy to get along with, most of the time. However, when it came to his body he felt he knew best. When he hurt, he went to the doctor. When the hurt was gone, no need to take any more medicine!
I am not suggesting that anyone else should do as he did! But he seemed to have an inner unction, or drive in his mind that he would reach that 100 mark. He was not what you would call a religious man but he did watch TV and listened to the radio programs. Billy Graham seem to be one of his favorites. In Psalms 90:10 we read that man's day's of three score plus 10 which is 70 years, might be a standard, but it also says that with extra strength four score! (80 years)
I am a believer that extra strength is found in our relationship with the Lord. I know there have been others that were very wicked that have lived long lives also. It really does not matter how long a person lives, it's what's going to happen when he or she dies? Our relationship with God through Jesus Christ is the main event that must take place in our life!
Wonder if you have taken care of this in your life. The Bible states that Jesus is the only way to Heaven. I think most people want to go to Heaven but there is only one way to get there. There is a lot of ideas floating around out there. But the Bible states believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you can be saved. Confess to God in a simple prayer, Lord I have sinned against you and I ask for forgiveness based on the fact that Jesus came and died on the cross for my sins. I believe he arose from the grave as the Scriptures said.

My wife's father lived to be 100 years old. He was a farmer in West Virginia for most of his 100 years. He worked everyday and never had a vacation as we now-a-days think of vacations. He along with 9 children and his wife raised all that they ate. They had many cows, that had to be milked twice a day, (by hand) and other animals that they had to feed. The family seldom took any medicine. The old "home remedies" seem to have worked.
The last 15 to 20 years of his life was directed by his doctor. However, being some what self-willed he felt he was really in charge of his own life, he sometimes would not take the medicines that the doctor prescribed. He decided as soon as he got the medicine he would only take it when he felt he needed it. He was really a gentle man and easy to get along with, most of the time. However, when it came to his body he felt he knew best. When he hurt, he went to the doctor. When the hurt was gone, no need to take any more medicine!
I am not suggesting that anyone else should do as he did! But he seemed to have an inner unction, or drive in his mind that he would reach that 100 mark. He was not what you would call a religious man but he did watch TV and listened to the radio programs. Billy Graham seem to be one of his favorites. In Psalms 90:10 we read that man's day's of three score plus 10 which is 70 years, might be a standard, but it also says that with extra strength four score! (80 years)
I am a believer that extra strength is found in our relationship with the Lord. I know there have been others that were very wicked that have lived long lives also. It really does not matter how long a person lives, it's what's going to happen when he or she dies? Our relationship with God through Jesus Christ is the main event that must take place in our life!
Wonder if you have taken care of this in your life. The Bible states that Jesus is the only way to Heaven. I think most people want to go to Heaven but there is only one way to get there. There is a lot of ideas floating around out there. But the Bible states believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you can be saved. Confess to God in a simple prayer, Lord I have sinned against you and I ask for forgiveness based on the fact that Jesus came and died on the cross for my sins. I believe he arose from the grave as the Scriptures said.

Knowing About God
In thinking about God and reading the Bible one must remember that the Old Testament was written to cover a period of about 4,000 years and the New Testament was written over a period of about 100 years. Many people seem to think God came on the “scene” much more in Old Testament times than in the New Testament period. Actually God is always on the “scene”. He never rests! Some think that He got tired from creating the six days and had to rest. He did rest from creation but it was to set-up a Holy Day, not because He was physically tired out.
His power is manifested through the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. Nothing ever slips by Him or escapes him. God is the same today, tomorrow, as He was 6,000 years ago, even a million years ago! Shall we say from the beginning of time.
Back in Old Testament times God spoke to his people through his prophets. He spoke in some cases directly to the prophet, and the Holy Spirit directed the prophets. But normally he did not speak directly with the people! There were some exceptions to this of course, because God is sovereign and can do what He wants, the way He wants.
By sending his only begotten Son Jesus, God spoke even more clearly to everybody. Jesus revealed the Father by his words, deeds, attitude, and all that he did. He fulfilled all the prophecy concerning himself that was made hundreds of years before. Over 400 prophecies concerning him and everyone was fulfilled completely and perfectly.
There are more than 140 names and titles applied to Jesus throughout the Bible. The Name “Emmanuel” (interpreted, God with us) Matt.1:23. This is the highest form of revelation God could use to show himself to mankind. Col.1:15 “The image of the Invisible God”. John 1:18 No man has ever seen God, “the only begotten Son…. Hath declared him”!
Too many today want to prove God! Someone has said long ago, and it’s true today; we who are human can never “PROVE” Him who is Divine. In fact proof could be considered the opposite of faith, and in that respect it would be considered as ”our righteousness” or as filthy rags. Isa. 17:22,23
In today’s world with knowledge on the increase Christians and even a few unbelievers, are desiring to touch God, see God, hear God’s voice. But where is our faith? Some would dare to say they would like to challenge God in one area or another. Some would try to bring God down to a level equal to man. This is stupid and very dangerous! Keep God on His Throne and in complete control of all things!
We must try to understand that God is very complex, and that we will not be able to come to a full knowledge concerning Him until we get to Heaven.
Let’s remember God is Spirit, and a Spirit does not have flesh and bones! Lk. 24:39. Also let us understand that there is not, nor has there ever been a Spirit Being like God, and there never will be! He is the first and the Last! John 1:18 “No man has seen God at any time”. In Gen. 32:30, Jacob said, “I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved”. Is this a contradiction? NO! A Spirit can not be seen with human eyes! God can do whatever He desires when ever He wants. We know a Spirit Being can take on a human form or appearance. Acts 1:10 Angels appear as men.
God is described in many ways because he is so vast, so mighty, so huge, so incomprehensible. His likeness to man is seen throughout the Bible. The reason for this is so we can relate to Him on our level of understanding. We read in 2 Chron. 16:9 “The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth.”
In Isa. 37:17 “Incline thine ear O Lord, and hear.” Exo. 24:10 “And they saw the God of Israel: and there was under His feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone.” In Isa 65:2 “I (God) have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people.” God uses other human features to describe himself and how He can deal with us on a supernatural level yet keep it within our ability to understand. God refers to His nostrils in 2 Sam 22:9,16; Psm.28:15. God speaks in many places in Scripture, Exo 3:4 Moses heard God speak. In Isa 30:27,28 speaks about His lips, tongue, and breath. In Deut. 33:12 talks about God’s shoulders.
Well in light of all this does God have hands, feet, eyes, and ears? NO! “A Spirit hath not flesh and bones.” But He has these abilities, but without the flesh! They are His features and the terms used so we humans can relate to Him. God is big enough to be everywhere yet He can see, hear, or even touch the smallest infant on earth regardless of it’s location.
In John 4:23,24 Jesus said, God desires the believer’s worship! Worship in spirit and truth! To worship God in spirit and truth (Real, genuine) means true spiritual worship takes place in the heart, (the seat of the emotions). It most often starts as an invisible response within the believer. The external accessories ( song books, music, and other physical manifestations) to worship are necessary, desirable, and proper.
But let us never forget these “THINGS” only assist us in our worship, of God. God desires worship from believers by way of the spirit and truth. Worship is the response of the invisible human spirit that has been reborn and wants to be involved in the highest order of showing adoration to our Heavenly Father. The most awesome worship experience is when the redeemed spirit of man is energized with the Holy Spirit of God Almighty!
Paul writes, 2 Cor 4:18 That the real things in life are invisible! We look at things that are not seen! These are eternal things! Things that are seen are temporal! God is a spirit, and He can not be seen, unless He wants to be seen; which is within His power! Faith is seeing when natural sight is impossible and God is pleased when we see by faith. Heb. 11:6 John said in 1 John 2:17 “ And the world passeth away and the lust thereof: but He that doeth the Will of God abideth for ever.”
We must not forget that Paul wrote (1 Cor.13:12) a warning saying “We see through a glass darkly” limited vision. Also, “Now I know in part”, knowledge is also limited. Don’t forget Faith is believing the Word even if we can not or do not understand all that it is saying! It is God’s Word to man!
Final thought: It’s not wrong to approach God and say I need your touch, healing, comfort, direction, and let my hand be in your hand, breathe on me O Lord, and many other expressions that we find ourselves using. In His Word He has approved this approach but we must not forget God is spirit! We worship Him in spirit and truth regardless of our feeling or circumstances. He will respond every time! He is always ready to receive your Worship!

Does Faith Work?
Many people think faith is like making a wish just off the top of your head. People make idle wishes all the time and most of the time the wish does not happen. Faith grows from the gift that is given to every person. From that point on faith goes from faith to faith and on and on. Study the Word and your faith will build.
Sometimes when we pray, it seems as though nothing happens. I want to assure you my friend that God still answers prayer! He may not answer according to your desires, but the answer will be the right one, because God sees beyond today.
We often see only today and our prayer is trying to solve today's problem without any regard for the long haul.
The Bible tells us where "Faith" comes from: Romans 10:17 "So then, faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God".
Maybe we should check and see what are we hearing? Our minds are flooded with "bad news", people killing people, civil unrest, homeless people, families in trouble, children being tossed to and fro. People in high places that we are told to look-up to for an example fall into all kinds of sins.
A simple act of picking up the Bible and reading most anywhere in there will cause you to start faith growing. Shut out those other things that hinder faith in God and you will be surprised at what happens in your life.
You will read that faith in God can help you to get rid of that heavy load of guilt. By faith we are able to have power to please God (John 1:12). By faith we have forgiveness of all sin. (1 John 1:9) We believe in the Crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ. By faith we stand in victory over the enemy and look for the return of Jesus. By faith while we are waiting for the return of Christ we can receive healing in our bodies because the Bible tells us Jesus received stripes upon His back for our healing. We read it in the Old and New Testaments.

Where Is God When You Need Him?
This question is asked by many people every day. The problem is simple, we some how have the idea that God is our crutch, spare tire, etc. I think you get the point, don't you?
The Bible states that the steps of a righteous man is ordered of the Lord. In Romans 8:28 we read that all things work according to God's direction and for our good if we love Him and are willing to obey His commands.
The problem is not where is God but rather what happened to our faith in Him? If our faith begins to grow slack we will have that feeling or that sense of insecurity because of some unbelief that has been allowed to separate us from the leadership of the Father. We are told we cannot please God without faith (Hebrews 11:6)
Another problem is many people never stay in contact with God on a daily basis. If we are praying every day as we should God will always be right there with us and we with Him!
Let me urge you to rethink your Bible reading and prayer activities. You will find the answer to the question, "Where is God when I need Him?"
I am in contact with my Heavenly Father constantly.

Lost And Found
I have lost a lot of things, some valuable and some not so valuable in terms of money, but they had value in other ways. I lost my dog one time only to find that someone had picked him up and decided to keep him for them selves. Well, needless to say I hunted for him and found him. He was glad to see me!
I was reading about a shepherd that lost one of his sheep. He had about 100 but one was gone and had gotten lost in the thicket. He did just what I would have done. I imagine you would do something like he did as well. You wouldn't just let him go. He left the rest of the flock with some of his helpers, and went out himself to find the lost sheep. He could have sent one of the helpers but he wanted to go himself! It was important to him!
I received a Silver dollar in 1972, it was brand new and I decided to carry it in my pocket. Well after about ten years of having that silver dollar in my pocket, suddenly one day, I noticed it was gone. I began to search, I back tracked my steps, looked every where, no luck! It was gone. I really missed sticking my hand into my pocket and feeling that silver dollar. I never forgot that silver dollar, oh, I could have gotten another one but that one seemed special.
About a year later my oldest son had been playing out in the sand and came rushing into the house, very excited! I wondered what on earth was the matter? In his little hand was my 1972 silver dollar, we had a spell of excitement right then! Believe it or not, I still have that same dollar in my pocket right now. It has now worn down to where you can hardly make out "Ike's" image and the date is gone too. I still enjoy feeling it when I reach into my pocket.
Many years ago I found something that was more valuable than money, or even gold. I wasn't even looking for anything at the time. It's funny how you can go along for long periods of time, not looking for anything, and then all of a sudden you find something that changes your whole life. My friend, I don't know if you have ever had this kind of a thing happen to you or not. You will never forget when you find something so valuable that well, let's put it this way You find a "pearl of great price".Most of the time when you find something of great value, there is the offer of a nice reward but in order to receive the reward you have to give up what you found. Well, guess what! What I found I not only was able to keep it, but I also have a great reward coming and there is also benefits from now until I receive the reward. Isn't that great? WOW!!
This happened to me around 50 years ago and I am still receiving benefits. I guess you would like to know more about this wonderful "find" that I made.
Back when I was a young child I went to Sunday School and my teacher said that God was real and He would also give rewards to those that served Him. Even though I was to young to know much about serving God, there was a seed planted deep into my being. I went my own way for a long time until I found this "Pearl of great price". It was kind-of like this, I was going along minding my own business thinking I was doing pretty good. I had a good job, home, nice car, enjoyed sports, had three little boys and a beautiful wife. Something started going on in my thoughts, I started thinking about death. I had a Boss that told me on Monday he knew weeks and even months ahead what was going to happen. He went to the hospital with a stomach ache on Wednesday and died on Friday that same week. We never know do we?
My thoughts bothered me for several months and then suddenly I had a pain hit me like I had never experienced the like of. I couldn't hardly breathe, then there came my thoughts again, but this time I had a new thought with the old ones. The new thought seemed to almost speak out loud to me and said, Serving God is trusting God, trusting God is commitment of your life to God! I remembered that same Sunday School teacher when I was a little said, If you pray a simple prayer and mean it, God will be your God and you will be His child. That is when I gave up and said in a simple prayer to God, asking Him to be my God and let me be His child. I still can not explain how good I felt, kind-of like I had taken a bath on the inside! My whole life changed
From that day to this, He has done just exactly that, He has been my God! You know, I said I found a "Pearl of great price"? The truth of the matter is He found me! I wasn't looking for Him but He was looking for me.
Maybe God is looking for you. You may have thought you stumbled onto this article by accident. But, all the while He was directing you. You too can have this "Pearl of great Price" and you will receive benefits as well as the reward of everlasting life. Jesus Christ is of course that "Pearl of great Price". He came and gave himself for all of man-kind, will you believe on Him today? You'll never be the same!

Who Are The Godly?
Godly Church Leaders are needed!
Who are they and can we identify them? We often choose people, train them and after a few weeks they are burned out or loose interest. Only Biblical, Qualified, Anointed ones will last!
We must have Godly people! Look at the word of God:
Reading Psm. 1:1-6. 1. Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
v2. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
v3. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
v4. The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth
away.
v5. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the
congregation of the righteous.
v6. For the LORD knoweth the way of the
righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.
Bible example is seen in; I Sam. 16:7

v7. But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him:

I. The Godly person is SEPARATED! (Psm. 1:1)
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the council of the ungodly:
1. Will not fellowship SIN! Note 2 Cor. 6:14,17
14. Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 17. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
2. Will not hinder others: Note Rom. 14:13
Nor, standeth in the way of sinners:
13. Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumbling block or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way.
3. Refuses council of Sinners. Note 2 Jn. 10
10. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
4. Sits not with Scoffers: Note 2 Chron. 36:16 Nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful:
v 16. But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people, till there was no remedy.
5. Scoffers doubt s return of Christ!
Also: 2 Pet.3:3,4 3. Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, 4. And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
II. The Godly person is INSTRUCTED: Psm. 1:2
His delight is in the law of the Lord;
1. Delights in the Word of God:
Matt. 4:4 Jesus answered Satan with the Word!
4. But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
In His law doth he meditate day and night:
2. Searches the Scriptures: Acts 17:11
(Paul & Silas goes to Berea) 11. These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. (many were saved in V-12)
III. The Godly person is FAITHFUL: Psm. 1:3
He is like a tree planted by the rivers of water,
1. Like trees planted by rivers:
a. Firm foundation.
b. Grows straight.
c. Not wilted or drooped.
2. Life of fruit bearing:
That bringeth forth his fruit in his season;
a. Abides in Christ, constantly!
b. Glorifies God constantly!
c. Will receive rewards for faithfulness! And whatsoever he doeth shall prosper!
IV. The Godly person is KNOWN OF THE LORD! Psm. 1:6
For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous!
1. God leads us step by step: Psm 37:23,24
v23. The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. v24. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.
2. Leaders are not fearful! Psm. 3:3 & v-6
v3. But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.
v6. I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.
3. God is our protector, power, knows us from the inside out!
Notice: Isa. 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

Is Holiness Important Anymore?
Believers are to be different in many ways:
Outward adorning:
The Christian (Men or Women) are not to draw attention to them selves but let the Love of God be what is seen!
First Peter 3:3,4 (Liv Bible) v3. Don’t be concerned ( addicted) about the outward beauty that depends on fancy hairstyles, expensive jewelry, or beautiful clothes. 4. You should be known for the beauty that comes from within, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is so precious to God.
Paul writes:
First Tim. 2:9,10 9. And I want women to be modest in their appearance. They should wear decent and appropriate clothing and not draw attention to themselves by the way they fix their hair or by wearing gold or pearls or expensive clothes. 10. For women who claim to be devoted to God should make themselves attractive by the good things they do.
Many things can become idols, if we get addicted, so to speak. They can control our life and become the most important thing in our life. Most of these things are simply the desires of the flesh or the old nature. Many are "Fads" that can have everlasting effects and consequencesThey will take you over, leave them alone!
Gen. 35:4 4. So they gave Jacob all their idols and their earrings, and he buried them beneath the tree near Shechem. Wonder what happened to the tree?
The enemy wore the jewelry, but after it was changed into something for good, it still brought shame to Gideon’s family and the Godly people around them.
Judges 8: 24-27 23. But Gideon replied, “I will not rule over you, nor will my son. The Lord will rule over you! 24. However, I have one request. Each of you can give me an earring out of the treasures you collected from your fallen enemies.” (The enemies, being Ishmaelites, all wore gold earrings and probably other attention getting items)
25. “Gladly!” they replied. They spread out a cloak, and each one threw in a gold earring he had gathered. 26. The weight of the gold earrings was forty-three pounds, not including the crescents and pendants, the royal clothing of the kings, or the chains around the necks of their camels.
27. Gideon made a sacred ephod ( Image, maybe like praying hands, etc.) from the gold and put it in Ophrah, his hometown. But soon all the Israelites prostituted themselves by worshiping it, and it became a trap for Gideon and his family.
Israel was unfaithful and went after other lovers.
Hosea 2:13 13. I will punish her for all the times she deserted me, when she burned incense to her images of Baal, put on her earrings and jewels, and went out looking for her lovers,” says the Lord.
A Warning for Jerusalem’s Women (Does God change?)
Isa. 3:16-24 (Liv Bible)
16. Next the Lord will judge the women of Jerusalem, who walk around with their noses in the air, with tinkling ornaments on their ankles. Their eyes rove among the crowds, flirting with the men. 17. The Lord will send a plague of scabs to ornament their heads. Yes, the Lord will make them bald for all to see!
18. The Lord will strip away their artful beauty—their ornaments, headbands, and crescent necklaces; 19. their earrings, bracelets, and veils of shimmering gauze. 20. Gone will be their scarves, ankle chains, sashes, perfumes, and charms; 21. their rings, jewels, 22. party clothes, gowns, capes, and purses; 23. their mirrors, linen garments, head ornaments, and shawls. 24. Instead of smelling of sweet perfume, they will stink. They will wear ropes for sashes, and their well-set hair will fall out. They will wear rough sackcloth instead of rich robes. Their beauty will be gone. Only shame will be left to them.
2 Tim.3:1-5 (Liv. Bible)
Paul writes about The Dangers of the Last Days:V-1. You should also know this, Timothy, that in the last days there will be very difficult times. 2. For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred. 3. They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control; they will be cruel and have no interest in what is good.
4 . They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. 5. They will act as if they are religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly.
Paul speaks to children in Eph.6:1-3 Liv Bible
V-1 Children, (All ages; You will always be a son or daughter [child] to your parents) obey your parents because you belong to the Lord, for this is the right thing to do. 2. “Honor your father and mother.” This is the first of the Ten Commandments that ends with a promise. 3. And this is the promise: If you honor your father and mother, “you will live a long life, full of blessing.”
Today's children go their own way, do their own thing. Some put on a godly appearance when around parents and then show a complete different person when they are away from the parent. We wonder why schools are having such trouble with fights, sex, even killings. It's because we are raising up a generation of double minded children that is quickly becoming the rulers of the Country. Their crimes are not dealt with because of their age or family status. James 1:8 states a double minded man is unstable in all of his ways.
Parents responsibility:
Prov. 22:6 Liv Bible
6. Teach your children to choose the right path, and when they are older, they will remain upon it. Here is an area of trouble! Are parents teaching as they should? Many work a job or even two jobs to make ends meet. Would it be better to live in a "box car" and have Godly children? Would it be better to walk or catch a ride to work and raise children that know the right way? Don't we have our priorities wrong?
Youth remember your Creator:
Eccl. 12:1 Liv Bible
Don’t let the excitement of youth cause you to forget your Creator. Honor him in your youth before you grow old and no longer enjoy living.
My Observations:
Excessive wearing of any kind of attention getting items, in order to draw the attention of the opposite sex, is wrong. For any age person to adjust to a “Fad” that is seen in use by people that are known to be anti-God, is wrong.
Many today want to be Christian and blend in with the worldly crowd. No one can “look, smell, act, and think” like the unredeemed and be in good standing with God! There are all kind of excuses and arguments and reasons cooked up by the dozens, but the bottom line is they are not Glorifying God! If what you allow is not Glorifying God, better not do it!
The final word is this: 2 Co. 6:14-17 Liv Bible
The Temple of the Living God
14. Don’t team up with those who are unbelievers. How can godliness be a partner with wickedness? How can light live with darkness?
15. What harmony can there be between Christ and the Devil? How can a believer be a partner with an unbeliever?
16. And what union can there be between God’s temple and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. ( if we have accepted Christ as our Saviour) As God said: “I will live in them
and walk among them. I will be their God, and they will be my
people.
17. Therefore, come out from them and separate yourselves from them, says the Lord. Don’t touch their filthy things, and I will welcome you.
18. And I will be your Father, and you will be my sons and daughters,
says the Lord Almighty.”
Every one must decide ”for” Christ or “against” Christ!

Armageddon is Coming Soon
Let's consider some END TIME EVENTS:
At the close of the seven year reign of the Anti-Christ here on Earth,known as the Great Tribulation Period, there will be a great war known as the Battle of Armageddon.
The Saints have all been in Heaven during the seven year period. All the believers in Jesus Christ,( The Church) have appeared before Jesus Christ our Saviour. This is called the Judgment Seat of Christ. Next comes the Marriage supper of the Lamb. The Lamb takes His Bride (the Church) for His wife. Revelation 19:1-10. Those present for this wedding are: Old Testament Saints from Adam to Jesus, they are the wedding guests: The 144,000 are the witnesses; The angels are attendants: and the New Testament Saint’s is the bride. There is another group, the Tribulation Saint’s (Martyrs) that could be included with the bride or they might be guests with the Old Testament Saints. It is unclear where they fit in.
There are many different views about all of this. We can only say that looking at the information we have, and looking through Earthly eyes at Heavenly things, this view seems logical. I don't like to use that word with Scripture, but I will this time.
I. THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST: Rev. 19:11-21;
Matt.24:29-31; Daniel 7:13,14.
1. Heaven opens – Every eye on earth will see!
a. A rider on a white horse appears. V-11
b. He is called Faithful and True! V-11
c. He makes war and judges in righteousness! V-11
d. His eyes as a flame of fire! V-12
e. Wears many crowns. V-12
f. Has a name no man knew what it was, but Him. V-12
g. Clothed in a garment dipped in blood. V-12
h. His Name is Called THE WORD OF GOD! V-13
i. Out of His mouth a sharp sword. V-15
j. On His garment and thigh the name KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.V-16
2. Armies follow The Word of God and King of Kings. V-14
a. They are on white horses
b. They are clothed in fine linen.
c. Clothes are “PURE” white and cleaner than clean!
II. THE BATTLE OF ARMAGEDDON BEGINS: Rev.19:17
1. Just before the battle, a call goes out to all the fowls to come and get ready for a great supper.V-17
a. This is to cleanse the earth and get ready for the 1,000 year’s of peace.
b. Every person, animal that is used against Christ or that received the mark of the beast will die. V-18
2. The war starts: V-19
a. The beast with all the kings of the earth along with their armies are ready.
b. China with her 2,000,000 man army from the east and others are on site.
c. It’s unclear where the USA figures in to this, but with all believers gone it will no doubt be right there with all the rest.
3. The first action: Rev.19:20; Daniel 7:11,8:25; 2 Thess. 2:8,9.
a. The beast and the false prophet take a SWIM in the LAKE OF FIRE. This swim will last through out eternity!
b. Next the fight. V-21 Jesus only has to speak a sound from his mouth and every person’s heart STOPS. They are ALL DEAD! THAT’S ALL , IT’S OVER!!!!!!
c. The fowls immediately start to eat the flesh.
d. An Angel came from Heaven with the KEY to the bottomless pit. He laid hold on Satan and bound him up and cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut the door and sealed it for the next 1,000 years.
III. THE 1,000 Year REIGN OF CHRIST AND HIS BRIDE;
1. All weapons of any kind will be made into tools, etc.Mica 4:1-5; Isa.2:4
2. No more thoughts or talk of war. Children won’t even know the meaning of the word.
3. Animal changes through-out the world instantly.Isa.11:6-9
a. Wolf and the lamb lay with each other and no harm.
b. The leopard and the Kid enjoy each other as play mates.
c. The calf, young lion, and fatling together.
d. Cow and the bear eat the same thing and lay together.
e. Lion’s eat straw
f. Small children play on the hole of asp (poison snake)
g. Babies shall put hand on the cockatrice den.(Deadly serpent that only needs to look at you to kill.)
h. They shall not hurt, kill, or destroy!
4. Vegetation changes will take place. The curse removed! Rom.8:19-23; Ezek.36:30,35; Isa.35:1,2.
a. Thorns and briers replace with Fir and Myrtle trees. Isa.55:13
b. Wilderness and desert will blossom as a rose. (moist) Isa.35:1
c. Plowman overtakes the reaper. Yield and productivity increases.
5. Jesus Christ will REIGN and RULE (Theocratic Government)
(Ruled by Priest’s and Divine authority) producing;
a. Joy – Fullness of joy throughout the land.
b. Holiness through out the world. Holy Kingdom; Holy City; Holy Subjects, Holy Temple.
c. Justice – perfect and true to all.
d. Knowledge – beyond anything we could imagine.
e. Sickness and death will be seldom seen.
f. Supernatural protection through the King. (Jesus)
6. Two kinds of people will be on earth for this period.Jer.30:20,31:29; Ezek 47:22;Zech 10:8.
a. The Glorified Saints (Bride) that help rule and reign. (Like Jesus’ body). 1 John 3:2
(1) Go through doors, walls, roofs, (John 20:26
(2) Eat food even though you don’t need it.(Lk.24:43)
(3) Flesh and bones but different. (Lk. 24:39)
(4) Ascend to heaven without space suit. (Acts 1:1)
(5) Incorruptible & never die. (1 Cor.15:49-52)
(6) Glorious, beautiful & splendor.
(7) Powerful and not subject to gravity.
(1Cor.15:35-38 & 15:50-52)
b. The people who came through the tribulation, earthly. Babies, children, & adults.
(1) Earth’s population will increase to the most ever recorded. These are all with the sin nature.
(2) They will work, have an economic system, industrialized society, all done according to the KING (Jesus). Isa.62:8,9; Jer.31:5; Ezek. 48:18,19
c. Other changes:
(1) Economic prosperity
(2) Increased light from the sun.
(3) Unified language
(4) Unified Worship, No other churches or beliefs.
(5) Manifest presence of God , Isa.2:2
(6) Fullness of the Spirit. Isa. 55: and chapt 56.
IV. CLOSE OF THE MILLENNIUM:
1. Satan will be loosed. Rev.20:7
2. Satan goes to Russia Rev.20:8
3. Satan gets up a mighty force to wage war against God. V-8
a. These are all earthy people. V-8
b. Can not be counted, as the sand of the sea. V-8
c. They go against Jerusalem. V-9
d. This is where Jesus the KING of KINGS sits in the Temple.
4. Fire comes down from Heaven and devoured them. V-9
(this could be Ezek. 38, and 39.
The Devil (Satan) will be cast into the Lake of Fire where the beast and the false prophet are. Rev. 20:10
My friend, in order to be on the winning side you must receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour of your life. The Bible says no one can come unto the Father but by Jesus Christ the Son of God. I want to see you in Heaven but only the Saved will be there. You can hear many other so called ways to get to Heaven, but the Bible makes it simple and clear. Believe and repent as the Scriptures have said and be saved today.

At the close of the seven year reign of the Anti-Christ here on Earth,known as the Great Tribulation Period, there will be a great war known as the Battle of Armageddon.
The Saints have all been in Heaven during the seven year period. All the believers in Jesus Christ,( The Church) have appeared before Jesus Christ our Saviour. This is called the Judgment Seat of Christ. Next comes the Marriage supper of the Lamb. The Lamb takes His Bride (the Church) for His wife. Revelation 19:1-10. Those present for this wedding are: Old Testament Saints from Adam to Jesus, they are the wedding guests: The 144,000 are the witnesses; The angels are attendants: and the New Testament Saint’s is the bride. There is another group, the Tribulation Saint’s (Martyrs) that could be included with the bride or they might be guests with the Old Testament Saints. It is unclear where they fit in.

Angels
We must understand that there is MUCH we do not know concerning Angels.
We do know they were created perfect and serve willingly’
Most believe they were created before the things of earth or between Gen 1:1 and verse 2.
They do not multiply as the other creations of God, each one is one in itself, and will never die.
There is neither male or female Angels, they are just Angels but can appear in many different forms.
Some believe there is a Kingdom or different levels of responsibility for the Angels such as; Thrones, Dominions, Principalities, Authorities, and Powers. “The angel of the Lord” is mentioned over 70 times throughout the Scriptures, however it is not once mentioned in the book of Revelation. Some think this “Angel of the Lord” may be a special Angel or group of Angels.
Cherubims:
The number of these are not known.
They are mentioned in many places in the Bible. They are seen as a Guard, Defender, Coverer of the Absolute Holiness of the Throne of God. We first saw this angel in the Garden of Eden guarding the tree of life after the fall of Adam and Eve.
Seraphims:The number of these are not known.
Only mentioned in Isaiah 6:1-7 attending the Lord of Hosts as He is seated on a Throne, High and lifted up, and His Train fills the Temple. They seem to maintain Worship, Dignity, Honor, and Reverence before the Throne of God! Some believe these are the same as Cherubims.
Take a quick look at three Celestial Princes:
Lucifer:
He is seen in the Scriptures by many names; Satan, Devil, Beelzebub, Belial, Serpent, and Dragon.
Name means, Son of the morning: The most exalted of all the angels ever created, second only to the Godhead! He was perfect in beauty, the highest in Authority and was placed over God’s Throne. BUT, not the most powerful! ( see Ezek. 28 for more) When he rebelled against God Almighty a third of the angels rebelled with him. Some believe “ALL” of the fallen angels are held in a special place (of darkness) called “Tartarus” prepared just for them.
See 2 Peter 2:4 and Jude 6.
Others take the position that only the angels of high authority were locked up in Tartarus while some low ranking angels are still loose and working with Satan in his kingdom. Eph.6:12
Regardless, we know that there are many evil spirits, (or devils) all part of Satan’s organization. We use the term “demons”, (This word is not in KJV but we know they are real).
The Angels great sin was PRIDE, GREED, and UNTRUTH!!!
Here is a Caution! 2 Cor. 11:13-15 Satan has transformed himself into an angel of light, also his followers imitate ministers of righteousness. Eph.6:12 and Eph. 2:2 Satan is called the Prince and Power of the air!
First Peter 5:8 Be alert! Devil is seeking whom he may devour.
James 4:7,8 Submit unto God and resist the Devil.
Hebrews 13:2, talks about entertaining angels unawares by entertaining strangers or people we don’t know.
Some people have injected the idea, that in times past we may have even met some of the fallen angels and have entertained them. I have trouble with this idea because the Bible says they are chained up. I don't believe they can get loose! However, my advice to this is STAY FULL OF THE HOLY GHOST!!
Michael:
Named five times.
In Daniel 10:13 called “One of the Chief Princes” He appears to be the messenger of Law and Judgment. He is called “The Archangel” In 1 Thess.4:16 It is believed Michael’s voice will be heard at the time of the Rapture of the Saints. Michael is the MOST POWERFUL of all angels! In Jude 9 he opposes Satan in a dispute concerning Moses’ body. It is Michael who leads the Angelic Army in Heaven against that old Serpent, called the devil, and his angels Rev.12:7.
Gabriel:
Is named four times, (name means mighty one.)
Many believe he is also an Archangel however if he is , he is weaker than Michael. Most Bible teachers believe he is not an Archangel. He is the messenger of mercy and promise. Announced birth of John the Baptist, also the virgin birth. He was sent from God to Daniel with an answer to prayer and was delayed in a contest with Satan’s emissary. Satan only hindered Gabriel and Gabriel was able to bring the answer to Daniel and Daniel wrote “The Seventy Weeks of Years” Dan.9:20-27. This is still being fulfilled today!
Notice: Many believe if he was an Archangel he could not have been hindered by one of Satan's workers!
Let's look at another strong Angel in Revelation:
Is this a special Angel?

This Angel is not identified, (God may have created him just for this purpose) but he comes with the key to the bottomless pit and with a great chain in his hand, he binds the devil and casts him into the pit. Satan is shut up and sealed for a thousand years. V-7 He is set loose for a season, but V-10 says he was cast into LAKE OF FIRE and BRIMSTONE, where the Beast and the false prophet are; and they are tormented forever and forever. Praise the LORD!!!
There are many books on the market talking about Angels. Some are better than others. Read what ever you want to read, but be sure to compare what you read with the Word of God. Never accept what is written if it can not be confirmed in the Bible. It's true, our thinking can be enlightened, but we can also be so misled that we fall away from Christ. What? Prove God Is!
God Is Really Alive!
Some people want you to prove to them that God is really alive.
Others want you to prove to them that God is concerned about them.
It is not up to me to prove anything about God! I am only to proclaim the Gospel; publish the Gospel; and present the Gospel according to the Scriptures. Many will reject the Glorious Gospel and many will gladly receive the Gospel. It's not up to me, it's up to each one that hears, to make their own decision.
If you have never trusted Jesus with your life, why don't you make this the time for that commitment. Go ahead, read the Bible until you know God is! Then ask Him to forgive you of all your sins and He will do it. That Simple? YES You will be surprised at the changes that will begin to happen in your life.

Would You Bet Your Life God is Not?
Some people seem to be ready to "Bet" their very life that God doesn't exist, and they set out using their entire life and resources to that end.
What a shame! What is even worse is the fact that so many people have never read the Bible or gave the Bible a chance to prove itself. I DARE ANYONE to read the Bible, giving it their full attention as they would any other book.
Read it all the way through and then say with all HONESTY there is no God! Go ahead, call my bluff! Don't bet against God, you will always lose!
Give God a real chance, you will be amazed! Dave

Liberal Power In USA
Liberalism has taken over the Presidency. A liberal President with a liberal Congress gives him unlimited power and authority. No doubt the first 90 days after coming into power he will call all US troop’s back home from Iraq. Then a strong cry from the people calling for the Government to bring back home all our troops from all over the world. This will cause many other countries to follow and bring their troops back to their countries as well. All of this is done in the name of strengthening the “home-land”and keeping money here to strengthen the USA economy!
With Liberals in charge, homosexual’s, lesbians (gays) will have an open road to be treated and receive all the benefits, tax credits, and rights to sue anyone who speaks against them or their life-style. This idea was soundly defeated in the recent election, but it will be allowed in the near future. Abortions will be easier to get, stem cell research will be opened up without limitations, with the promise that it will bring healing to the very sick. Partial birth abortions will have no restrictions.
All conservative Laws will be looked over and many will be overturned. He has already said he will overturn many executive orders that Bush has made. The ACLU will carry more power than many courts. With two or three of the Supreme Court Justices being replaced by Liberal Judges even the Constitution will be interpreted according to liberal views. Federal Judges will be more and more liberal in order to keep their position, conservative Judges will be removed quickly. They will be removed by whatever method necessary!
They (Liberals)will take fast action against the Churches to get the name of God back behind the four walls of the Church building. No doubt many will go to jail and even be killed for their stand upholding Church freedom, but in the end the liberals win even to causing the Church not to carry the Name of God even on their Church sign. There will be such a hatred for God and the Church that the law enforcement will do very little to assist the Church. Many Churches will be destroyed, insurance will be impossible to get for Churches, taxes will be on all Churches, and the Church will be the focal point of hate nation-wide. The schools need money and taxing the Churches will be seen as the source for Billion’s of dollars to bail out the school systems nation wide!
You might ask why would God allow this to happen to America? The answer comes without much problem. We as a Nation are forgetting God. Believers have also compromised the Bible and the power that God has offered to believers through His Word! Through-out history great powers (countries, kingdoms, etc.) have fallen for the same reasons as we see happening here; God is not mocked!
The loyalist followers of Sadam will be free to overthrow the new Iraq government installed by President Bush (USA). They will return to power stronger than ever and be seen all over the world by radical Islamic followers as Islam wins over the great Satan (USA)! This will be seen as a symbol that they are right in their holy war!
Russia has been very quiet for several years but this will cause her to swing into action. Even now before the new President is empowered, Russia wants to meet with him to discuss issues of defense in that area. Over half of Russia is Islamic and the rest are either atheist or anti-God. Russia will see the opportunity to unite with many other countries in the North and form a pact to join with the Islamic nations and go after Israel.
As our troops come back home; Afghanistan along with other nations are taken over by terrorist and Islamic extremist. Without US troops stopping their action, they have a free ride. The whole world laughs at the once powerful USA, that did have a will to defend freedom world-wide, but now sits and warns the world to be careful in what they do, because USA is still powerful! Words do not win freedom. Terrorist and other thugs, and extremists know only brute force.
Liberals in USA will begin to rebuke Israel for defending itself from the PLO, Iran and others (Islamic extremist). Sympathetic countries join with PLO and others to attack Israel. The USA will set up a new policy, (liberals) let somebody else take the lead and we will take a hands off approach. The Liberal US Government talks openly about ways to help but don’t do anything to help Israel. We send no troops or arms; we only talk! Liberals do a lot of talking but very little action. If the land of Israel is over-run and they flee to the mountains, the USA will be next on the list for armed aggression, from South American Countries as well as other Nations.
We think oil prices are high now, the oil production will be cut 40% or more causing not only the price to go through the roof, but causing the greatest shortage since WWII. The radical Islamic power will have a strong influence over other nations to try to strangle the USA! All Middle East oil could be cut off. This would cause a problem that has never been seen in this country before. The country would literally be stopped in its tracks! School buses, general driving, everything would stop! Military would have priority with Police, fire and rescue only, allowed to be on the roads.
Why? Because our Nation is sick of war and has no stomach for getting into a fight. Our liberal government will tap into oil reserves while it talks about other types of fuel sources, and after a short time the Oil reserves will be depleted. Our Nation would be on the road to its domination by another Power!
I believe Rome will have another new Pope in the very near future. The new Pope (if he is a liberal) could turn the Catholic Church upside down! We also could see a new liberal Pope issue a strong call for peace, through compromise, and through his so-called holy powers of “absolute”, attempt to position himself as the world-wide spokesmen for God Almighty! He might even dare to position himself as God!
These events as I see them, would take place over a period of several years. When Israel is over-run and forced into the mountains, God Almighty comes to Israel’s rescue! Fire and brimstone (not atomic, or man made fire) will come down out of the heavens and consume perhaps a million or more soldiers, and civilians. There will be riots, murders, madness, suicides and distress of Nations.
With death all around, we should be checking our relationship with God Almighty. My friend are you ready to go to heaven? The time is getting shorter day by day. God’s clock is counting down. The Bible says Jesus Christ is the only way to Heaven. Have you believed on Him? Are you following Him according to the Scriptures? These questions can only be answered by one person, that's you!

Much of the problems we see are caused by the prices of oil from the middle Eastern Countries. This has caused a strangle hold on the whole world. How will we get out of this problem? Jesus Christ Will Return Soon!
Some say you will never see Jesus again:
Pessimistic attitudes are greater today than ever before!
There are even some "Believers" that don’t believe Jesus will return!
Man has never been right about anything, so why listen to the words or even debate what man says? You can take what man has to say and I'll take what the Bible has to say. TIME WILL TELL WHO IS RIGHT
In II Peter 3:3-4 The Bible says (KJV); Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, 4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. (today they go even farther and deny creation and leap to the big bang evolution theory.)
I Thessalonians 4:16,17 Paul writes under the direction of the Holy Spirit these words and God saw fit to retain it for this Testament.
V-16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. There are even some that deny the teaching of the resurrection but if you are willing to tear out some of the pages of the Bible, the whole book must be thrown out. All 66 Books
In Matthew Chapter 25: (Jesus tells a story of ten virgins)
They were all given the same instructions but 5 of them decided to do it their way. Maybe they were to tired to go get some oil or maybe they thought what they had would be enough to get them through. In any case only the 5 that followed the instructions to the letter were ready when the Bridegroom came.
V-6 “And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the Bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet Him.” Those that were ready and watching trimmed their lamps and went.
The main thought is, Be ready, Watchful, and Obedient to the instructions.
V-13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.
Matthew 24:36-38 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. 37 But (here is a clue) as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark,
The World was full of:
Compromise
Corruption & Violence
Families broken apart
Eating & Drinking
Open Sin, no restraints.
This looks a lot like America today!
The Bible is here to stay! There has been all kinds of Governments, Kings, and all kinds of God-Haters in times past doing everything in their power to get rid of the Bible but it is still here! Notice Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
Jesus is coming soon!1. He makes a Promise: John 14:1-3 Let not your heart be troubled: you believe in God, believe also in me. 2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there you may be also.
2. Angels said, He is coming back!
In the Book of Acts chapter one and verse nine; We read that a cloud received Jesus as he went up in the air and He disappeared from their sight.
V-10,11
And while they (His followers) looked steadfastly toward heaven as he (Jesus) went up, behold, two men (Angels) stood by them in white apparel; 11 Which also said, You men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as you have seen him go into heaven.
3. Peter is a witness:
Some want to say this is all a bunch pipe dreams, or fiction, this stuff didn't really happen. Peter answers this in second Peter 1:16 For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty.
4. John says we’ll be like Him!
John, 1 John 3:2 2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
5. James calls for patience!
James, 5:7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.
6. Paul says our thoughts and conversation should be Heavenly! This word conversation means a lot more than what we say. Our total characteristics should show the image of Godliness.In Philippians chapter 3 verses 20 & 21 we read these words. For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: 21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
Our bodies will under go a complete change. However the Bible says we will be known as we are known. That leads me to believe there will be a likeness of each one of us from the old to the new.

Who Can Go When He Comes?1. Psalmist says those who are clean!

If you have broken just one commandment you are unclean, and have sin in your life! BUT, there’s help!
Isaiah 55:6,7 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: 7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. Even if you have gone away from the Lord, you can still call upon Him and he will pardon your sin. What a great God!
3. Jesus said, John 8:34 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
4. Revelation 21:8 Tells us, "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death."
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Let me conclude with this. I believe Jesus is coming and probably a lot sooner than we even think. The words that you have just read are mostly God's Words.
If you have not given your heart and life over to Jesus Christ I hope you will consider doing so before it's to late. Find a Church that teaches the whole Bible. Read the Bible for yourself, you will be surprised what happens. The Bible doesn't need for me or anyone else to defend it. It will defend itself! It is alive!

Can you believe it?
2011 ? WOW!
Where does the time go? We have many new faces in Congress. What does the future hold? The Stock Market is still in a tail spin, home owners are loosing their homes right and left.
Well, they say don't worry everything will be ok in a few months. We also are facing a brand new year with new hopes. We will all get a little older, may even have a new ache or pain, but God is still the same.
When you start looking back to see what you have done with your life thus far, what do you see? Satisfaction or sadness? Of course, hind sight is always 20/20 as the old saying goes, but we really can improve the rest of our life by taking a look back. This will only happen if we really see the short comings and decide to do something about what we see.
I took a look back at my life some 50 or 60 years ago. I didn't like it, but I seemed powerless to be able to change it very much. I just could not get certain things off my mind and so I thought on these things for months until finally I remembered back in my earlier life how the church (actually Jesus) was the answer to all my problems.
After considering this for a while I decided that maybe a little prayer to God might help me in this area of my life. I remembered some verses ( I'm not sure they were word for word) but I was sure they gave me permission to ask God for help. It was a very simple prayer, something like this; O Lord, I have done everything wrong and most of all I have left you out of my life. Please forgive me for this and help me to know what I need to do. I know Jesus died on the cross for my sins so I'm asking for you to forgive me and I will do my best to live according to the Bible.
With that simple prayer my life turned around. Everything began to be different, worry was changed into satisfaction, my family all seemed different, my job was easier to do and I began to actually enjoy working. We started going to church right away and found people that had been just like us; hung-up in a DOWN TURN LIFE until they prayed that simple prayer. Now they were all rejoicing and enjoying life to the full. Does this mean they didn't have any problems? NO! but they were able to face problems with a new confidence that The Heavenly Father would bring them through some way. You know what? God really did come through every time for them and He will for me and anybody else that will turn their life over to Him.
If you are having troubles, or if you find that your relationship with God isn't what it should be, why don't you consider doing what I did many years ago? I have never been sorry that I prayed that simple prayer. If you really mean it with all your heart and are really going to turn from the old way, God will meet you at every turn of the way.

Where does the time go? We have many new faces in Congress. What does the future hold? The Stock Market is still in a tail spin, home owners are loosing their homes right and left.
Well, they say don't worry everything will be ok in a few months. We also are facing a brand new year with new hopes. We will all get a little older, may even have a new ache or pain, but God is still the same.
When you start looking back to see what you have done with your life thus far, what do you see? Satisfaction or sadness? Of course, hind sight is always 20/20 as the old saying goes, but we really can improve the rest of our life by taking a look back. This will only happen if we really see the short comings and decide to do something about what we see.
I took a look back at my life some 50 or 60 years ago. I didn't like it, but I seemed powerless to be able to change it very much. I just could not get certain things off my mind and so I thought on these things for months until finally I remembered back in my earlier life how the church (actually Jesus) was the answer to all my problems.
After considering this for a while I decided that maybe a little prayer to God might help me in this area of my life. I remembered some verses ( I'm not sure they were word for word) but I was sure they gave me permission to ask God for help. It was a very simple prayer, something like this; O Lord, I have done everything wrong and most of all I have left you out of my life. Please forgive me for this and help me to know what I need to do. I know Jesus died on the cross for my sins so I'm asking for you to forgive me and I will do my best to live according to the Bible.
With that simple prayer my life turned around. Everything began to be different, worry was changed into satisfaction, my family all seemed different, my job was easier to do and I began to actually enjoy working. We started going to church right away and found people that had been just like us; hung-up in a DOWN TURN LIFE until they prayed that simple prayer. Now they were all rejoicing and enjoying life to the full. Does this mean they didn't have any problems? NO! but they were able to face problems with a new confidence that The Heavenly Father would bring them through some way. You know what? God really did come through every time for them and He will for me and anybody else that will turn their life over to Him.
